Grub won't boot Windows, just takes me back to the grub menu

I recently installed arch_64 now I cant boot into my XP partition. I don't get any errors, it simply takes me right back to the grub menu then boots into arch.

Here is grub/menu.lst

It's been awhile since ive had to install grub but if windows is on sda1 why would you install grub there?
I think you probably overwrote your windows bootloader.

if you have the windows cd you can boot to the recovery console and do FIXMBR and FIXBOOT. i would google and find the right steps to do this,
as i haven't done it in a few years.
