A small success story with Xorg upgrade?

Hello all,
Just did a pacman -Syu on an Arch64 installation I've had just sitting around on a partition of my hard drive.  I was trying out kde4 with 64 bit a few months ago, just for sh*** and giggles and haven't touched it since.

Well, horrors of all horrors mad I rebooted and waited for something awful to happen... NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING... was wrong, after the upgrade.  Nothing to fix or anything.  Now what am I supposed to do for the rest of the day? lol

Considering all the flame on the forums, you must have done something awfully wrong. Reinstall is the only solution, I'm afraid.

No need to completely reinstall, installing gnome should be enough tongue
