[Solved] Change the icon-theme of kde apps without installing kde?

Hi,

I want to use kdesvn, but in the top bar the icons are missing. Thats because, I have the standard icon theme "oxygen" not installed (the corresponding error message, starting kdesvn, is: kdesvn(10406)/kdeui (KIconLoader): Error: standard icon theme "oxygen" not found!).

Therefore I want to change the icon-theme (oxygen icons look somehow ugly IMO). But how do I do this, without installing kde (I use e17)? I googled a bit and found out, that the icon theme used by kde apps can be changed with kcontrol or with systemsettings (kde4) respectively. In which packages are these progams?

Is there maybe an easier way like .gtkrc, but for kde?

Thanks for any help.

Edit:
The solution is simple.
Inserting

[Icons]
Theme=Tango

in  ~/.kde4/share/config/kdeglobals let kde apps use the tango icon-theme.
