[SOLVED] Typing on keaboard and using nautilus eats too much of CPU

Hi
It is hard to explain, but wherever I type on keyboard (terminal, chat, communicators, gedit. openoffice, etc) cpu usage goes to 20% sometimes 30%. I'm sure that earlier (before several updates) everything worked just fine. Also nautilus is much more slow, it takes 3 seconds to close the nautilus windows, and sometimes It just freezes for 5 seconds, and I see that it is also using 30% to 50% of CPU. What the hell is going on

EDIT:
Problem Solved

rm -r /home/username/.gconf

And configure everything again (takes some time, but it is the best solution I found)
