Problem after upgrading Xorg

Hello.I've found a problem after upgrading my Xorg.I saw the new feature a.k.a hotpluggin and the new entry in the wiki, but nothing helped.

I can't switch between the layouts. I can't find where i'm wrong in the conf.

Try out minimal xorg.conf
Don't forget to chnage 'radeon' driver.
Or, if you ar using KDE change a keyboard from 'Generic' to 'Evdev'

Am, i have problem with the switching between layouts, the ati driver works great at the moment.
PS I use blackbox with tint and trayer.
