I'm having a problem as to how to login to my campus network. The network is setup using Cisco's CleanAccess program, which requires a login to happen before the internet can be accessed. The problem lies in that the only way to login to it is via a page on the net that you get auto-redirected to, and obviously as Arch starts out as a textbased system it leaves me high and dry. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get around this, or to get to the login page via the prompt.
Thanks in advance

I assume you mean in terms of installation?
Well, if wget's on the CD you should be able to use wget to do a HTTP GET or POST or whatever's required to submit the login form. Then everything should work okay.
If you can paste a copy of the HTML form you see (or direct me to a working login page), I might be able to help you construct such a page.
Alternatively, if lynx, links, elinks, w3m, etc are on the CD they should work too.

Windows was made for looking at success from a distance through a wall of oversimplicity. Linux removes the wall, so you can just walk up to success and make it your own.
