Looks like that server is down. Try another one (edit /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist)

hey i edited my /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist, i un# all mirrors and still get the same error, excapt for every mirror now.

Just uncomment one line in the mirrorlist. I'm using ftp.nluug.nl right now without problems. Please report back.

do pacman -Syy after changing mirror.
i'm sure that you didn't do pacman -Sy before trying to install that package
