Gnome menu broken?

Hello..

Since I tried do delete some starters form my Gnome menu with Alacarte it doesn't work anymore.
When I click on it it just looks like this

And Alacarte won't start too

The Gnome menu seemed always a little buggy... but I dont really know what I've done wrong.
Maybe you can help...

No that didn't work.. at least I don't know how to use the commands.

But I found something to reset the menu
