eclipse with qt jambi, ugly ui components :(

Hello,

Today I installed the qt jambi plugin for eclipse. It works great ! But when I run my application it doesn't use my default qt theme.. why not ?
It looks like the classic theme of windows, and don't really like it.

Does anybody know why ?

And another thing, when I start eclipse I get the follow errormessage:

CustomWidgetManager: plugin path doesn't exists:
/home/wernerl... etc.

I checked and indeed, this directory doesn't exists. But I don't think the problem is solved if I just create this directory right? Where should I point the QT_PLUGIN_PATH variable too ?
