I checked with about:plugins and flash etc are present!

Just a test mode, put this (!snd-pcsp) in your array of modules on /etc/rc.conf:
MODULES=( ... !snd-pcsp ...)
(sorry my bad english)

That's a fix for sound not working in flash, doubt it would fix Flash completely broken... unless it is only sound? OP is not being specific.
64-bit or no, OP? Output of 'pacman -Qs flash'?

It's 32 bit kde4
local/flashplugin 10.0.12.36-4
Adobe Flash Player (downloads plugin on install)
local/libflashsupport 9.0.21.78-4
Macromedia flash plugin support lib (OSS SSL)
local/swfdec 0.8.2-1
free library for decoding and rendering Flash animations
It was working until a recent update. I don't know which one.

Ranguvar... I try to explain my situation with my poor english:
A few weeks ago, I couldn't play any video, flash crash when start the playback, and the like. That comment solved my problem.

@takedown: Really? Odd, but I'll remember that for the future. Also, your English is quite understandable
@normc: I would remove swfdec. It's very possible that's conflicting with Adobe's Flash. Also, are you using OSS then?

Thanks takedown.
I had one i686 computer I could not get flash working on. In my case, flash would start up, then just when the progress bar came up and the video should have started, it locked Firefox up completely. No video or audio. Couldn't do anything in Firefox and it would require a Force Quit to kill Firefox. It did it every time. Looked in rc.conf and it contained the afore mentioned snd-pcsp. Disabled it with the !, rebooted, and voila, flash worked.
