Audio device doesnt work: Intel Corporation 82801H (ICH8 Family)l

hi

i have this sound card

00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801H (ICH8 Family) HD Audio Controller (rev 03)

everything seemed ok with alsaconf. but for some reason it only shows 3 channel in alsamixer:
-master
-pcm
-digital

where are the other channels???

it wont even detect the headphone plug!
