dzen2 black bar

Hi,

on the top right of the screen i have a black bar as you can see in the picture. I am using xmonad, a statusbar on the right screen which is overlapped by the bar, and a dzen2
statusbar on the left screen.

Any Ideas what might be the cause?

How exactly do you invoke the dzen2 bar on the left screen?

I suppose you did not compile dzen2 with Xinerama support and/or you did not
specify wich Xinerama screen to use with the "-xs <screen>' command line switch.

See README for how to enable Xinerama support, it's just a simple edit
in config.mk (and iirc there is even something available in aur).

And this wiki page for reference...

Bye, Rob.

Re: dzen2 black bar

Ummm, seems like Captain Obvious striked me again.
I dont know if the ws option works, but there is also a -w option which specifys the width.
I tried that one and what should i say? It just works.

Thank you very much
