Can't watch TV with Technisat SkyStar2

Hello everybody,

since i upgraded my ram i have some trouble with my SkyStar2 dvb-s card.
I can't watch tv or radio over this card but with my old 1 gb kit i can it?
I need 8 gb of ram because i used 2 virtual maschines with windows xp and linuxfromscratch.

I can't really describe this problem. You must see it sad
Only i can say: It's looks like a "no signal" error but the output from szap are ok ...

reading channels from file '/root/.szap/channels.conf'
zapping to 3 'ProSieben':
sat 0, frequency = 12544 MHz H, symbolrate 22000000, vpid = 0x01ff, apid = 0x0200
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
status 00 | signal 0002 | snr 69de | ber 00002929 | unc fffffffe |
status 1f | signal bd8b | snr c951 | ber 00000145 | unc fffffffe | FE_HAS_LOCK
status 1f | signal bd24 | snr c999 | ber 0000008b | unc fffffffe | FE_HAS_LOCK

status 1f | signal bf57 | snr c909 | ber 00000000 | unc fffffffe | FE_HAS_LOCK

... and all needed modules are loaded:

output from 'lsmod | grep flexcop' and 'lsmod | grep dvb':

I think this is not a kernel problem because under Ubuntu 8.10 the dmesg, szap and lsmod output are the same but with the difference, i can watch tv or hear radio over my skystar2.

i hope one of you can help me

Re: Can't watch TV with Technisat SkyStar2

temporarily solved:

After i limited the memory to 2048 mbyte, i can watch tv. I think archlinux has a problem with my 8 gb kit.
