On my Arch Linux powered systems I have an own-written utility which will attempt to show me installed packages which are not: installed as dependencies of other packages and not: part of any installed groups. After the recent update ca-certificates appeared in the output. Running `pacman -Rcns ca-certificates` yields out that two things would be removed: ca-certificates and run-parts. Now, since *I* know that I don't -manually- run .. run-parts and since no tool on my box seems to *depend* on either ca-certificates or run-parts .. I would figure that removing ca-certificates and run-parts would be a safe thing to do. Is this: correct?
