Terminal on every workspace at startup

Hello,

I had an idea that I would like to execute, but I am not really sure how. I would like to have a terminal (I use urxvt) window created on startup, on every workspace. Those windows would be created on a specific position with some specific properties (no border, for instance) and dimensions.

I use Fluxbox as my window manager.

Any ideas or hints on how to do this, please?

Thanks!

Re: Terminal on every workspace at startup

I used to have a similiar thing setup using devilispie. If I remember right it takes a bit of configuring with text files, but nothing you couldn't handle if you're running arch.

Re: Terminal on every workspace at startup

After posting I went searching for a bit and figured out a way to do it by editing the startup and apps file of Fluxbox. It's perfect now. smile
