I have exactly the same problem on exactly the same hardware but with 2.6.38.
Did anyone have success with this laptop in between 2.6.27 & 2.6.38?
Does anyone know what to do with that?
BTW: in 2.6.38.7 on GRML r8169 just works.

Well, the problem is solved by setting the interface it's real MAC adress:
ifconfig eth0 hw ether 01:23:45:67:89:AB
You can find Your MAC on a white label under the battery.
To make this change persistent one should add this command to "/etc/rc.multi".
