urxvt transparency/unable to type in it problem

I'm having this weird problem with URxvt on openbox and I just can't figure out what to do to fix it.  I read that other thread that had a similiar problem, but it didn't fix mine.  So, here's what I'm trying to do.

1.) place urxvt on my desktop so that it's always opened below other programs

2.) have it transparent

3.) be able to type in it

Here's a screenshot with what's happening to it, my .Xdefaults urxvt section and my .config/openbox/rc.xml

I had the same problem recently, all you need to do is set

URxvt*borderless: false

in your Xdefaults
and let openbox handle making it borderless.
