Ive updated my open source ati driver and then compiz is much slower. previously compiz with exa worked very fast, but after updating driver its much slower. when i switch to xaa acceleration, compiz performance is same as it was before update with xaa, but i want exa because its way faster. thanks for help

Could be that Xorg uses XAA instead of EXA. Check your /var/log/Xorg.0.log to see if EXA got activated.

Please post your xorg.conf and /var/log/Xorg.0.log.

No, it couldnt. Everytime exa was faster than xaa, but now when i upgraded drivers it feels like exa is way slower than xaa, so this means that exa is activated. sorry, but i cant post you files right now, theres some problems. maybe i need to update some other thing? maybe if i upgrade my driver then i need to update some other things too? please help, because i cant live without exa
