Mystery /ROOT partition

Good morning everyone. I try to install Arch Linux 2007.8 x86_64 ( 64 bit eddition ), but I have some problems with partitioning and exactly to say with partition ROOT. I'm from Polsnd and on the Polish website of Arch Linux in the article about installation this system is written that I must create the ROOT partition with BOOTABLE parametr. The international website of Arch Linux syatem ( www.archlinux.org ) tell nothing about this and I don't know what is correct. Can someone help me and explain everything about partitioning my hard disk. Please contact with me. For all advices thank you very much. Greetings for everyone and goodbye.

Re: Mystery /ROOT partition

You do not need to set the bootable parameter.

For everything else, read the official install guide and the beginner's guide, both in the wiki.
