Weird Launchy problem

Hi everyone,
I notice a weird behavior of Launchy on Linux, when I open Launchy and type in lxterminal, then enter, Launchy use Firefox to open the file /usr/bin/lxterminal ? This problem is not consistent, sometimes Launchy open lxterminal properly. This problem happen with almost any application I use with Launchy (not just lxterminal).
Any help are appricated.

Search the forum. This has been discussed multiple times... got something to do with xdg and mime.....
