subversion client cannont checkout

hi boys: i'm trying to checkout a project from subversion server and i got errors:
what i did?

pacman -S eclipse-subclipse

this gotme subversion like a deps (obvious) but when i tried to make checkout

i got this error:

$ svn co svn://1.12.1.1/repos/libs/trunk
svn: Cannot negotiate authentication mechanism

so i tried to find any issue with that but i can't

so if anyone knows can help?
