Thunderbird has no GMail account in wizard
I use thunderbird as email client, when I open it, I can setup gmail account via wizard, today I reinstalled the system but there is no gmail account in the wizard

I wouldn't use that setting anyway. just use the normal email account wizard; with this wizard you can use gmail's imap service. The gmail wizard assumes pop3.

Thunderbird 2.0 doesn't have special gmail support. Thunderbird 3.0 alpha/beta/whatever does support it.
To use gmail with thunderbird, you'll have to use pop3 or imap: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answ … swer=77662
