After installing XFCE on a fresh Arch install, my XFCE desktop is installed/showed in the english language. However, I want my DE to be showed in the dutch language. How can I achieve this?

I'm sure pretty much everything you run or installed is set up in English.
Did you follow the Installation Guide? If so, your locale should have been set up. If not: please do so .

I set up several in both English and Dutch. Will this give me a choice in languages in the XFCE de?

I quess I didn't get the difference between installing a locale and using it. I set the locale in rc.conf and my desktop is in dutch.
