xfce4-taskbar-plugin
On http://xfce-goodies.berlios.de/ there is this picture of the plugin:
It looks like you can right click on an entry and the context menu would pop up. I just can't get this menu to show up, do I need to set something first?

AFAIK, this menu was added to Xfce4 CVS taskbar... as a consequence, you can't get it with 4.0.6.
