Hello,
Whenever I go to a Flash-based page, I get a very loud and startling Bzzt! before the sound starts playing. It lasts for about 1 second and is very loud.
I'm using the plugin in Firefox. I don't know what other stats to provide.
I'm stumped, and haven't seen any similar posts on the forums.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

I'm having the same problem. I installed several different plugins trying to get ytmnd.com working and now I'm getting that same annoying BZZT! sound. I'm going to remove all those plugins then try each one to see which one the culprit is.

Nate what plugins do you have installed? I'm trying to narrow down what could be causing this.

If I go to Tools....Add-ons, I see TWO Shockwave Flash plugins. One is
10.0.r12 the other is 10.0.r15. I tried disabling .r12, but it didn't do any good.
I also have OpenOffice.org plugin, and Java Plug-in, and Adobe Reader.
Thanks,

I watched my .xsessions-error file for when the buzz happened. The last time it happened, the error message described by this thread was there, and was repeated in the log file. Maybe that has something to do with it?
