replace atl2 with core/kernel26?
replace wlan-ng26 with core/kernel26
ipw3945: requires kernel26<2.6.26

just using the pacman -Syu command with the updated pacman it previously had a problem with glibc but i used the pacman -S glibc command and it cleared up if anyone knows how to fix this problem it would be helpful i've tried on multiple computers and i receive the same problems

Re: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)

The symbol < means "less than", so ipw3945 as it is currently installed on your system requires a kernel26 package with a version less than 2.6.26.

I trust that's clear enough to allow you to sort out your issue. The original error message is sufficient for most users, but it does assume that they know what the < symbol means.
