[SOLVED] No Sound/Devices over night?!

Hi,

i just booted and my sound is gone, the gnome volume settings say there is no device available - unter system -> settings -> audio they are listed but can only activate them with sudo rights.

Is there something wrong with my rights? What happened over night? Help!

EDIT: Ok i've come to breath again, sound is working again don't know what happend..i reinstalled alsa-utils and rebooted...weird
