Maxima, xmaxima, wxmaxima - any combination doesnt work

Hello. I have installed maxima and wxmaxima but I have a problem with they now. When I try to use the wxmaxima it doesn't want to do any operation. I see only: Maxima process terminated without any error. What I sould to do?

hi, i seem to be suffering from the same problem. i installed wxmaxima on two arch64 systems, one works perfectly, and the other does not work, giving the same "Maxima process terminated" message. i tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that didn't seem to do anything. i have tried running maxima (the backend) it seems to work fine. at least it's not being terminated. can anyone help?
