notify-sharp-svn as optional dependency for Banshee

I've noticed that without notify-sharp-svn package, I can't display Banshee tray icon.
Maybe it could be added as an optional dependency for Banshee.. what do you think about it?

If you are sure that is needed for the tray icon, then file a bug report.
