Thumbnails not working after upgrade

Simple issue, in Thunar, no video files are showing thumbnails since an upgrade a couple days ago.

Anyone? I have installed xfce4-goodies, thunar-thumbnailers, run the "/usr/lib/xfce4/t/usr/lib/xfce4/thunar-vfs-update-thumbnailers-cache-1" afterwards and logged out+back in, still no thumbnails showing up for video files (mpg/avi/wmv/mkv).

Symlinks are the wrong way to solve this. It would be better to recompile ffmpegthumbnailer against the new libavcodec using the ABS. Also, file a bug report.

Okay, I just installed ffmpegthumbnailers from ABS and I cleared out ~/.thumbnails, and now it is making thumbs pretty steady for many formats
