Hellothar,
I've been wondering whether there is an easy way to make rtorrent change the bandwidth throttle based on processes running and PCs up on the network (with ip addresses\proc names provided). I've currently got it running on a time schedule, but it isn't really working out, and I have to adjust it manually all the time anyway. Any ideas?
