Left mouse button gives me two clicks at once.

Hello!

When I click the left mouse button, I get two clicks at once. Right button works fine.
xev reports two clicks.

Section "Inputdevice"

    Identifier "EvdevMouse"
    Driver "evdev"
    Option "Device" "/dev/input/event8"

EndSection

If I enable "AutoAddDevices" it works fine, but then my keyboard is dead.(Thinkpad T30).

I have to unplug my mouse and connect it again. Then left click works fine, but then my wheel tilting stops working.
Now do xev reports no action when I tilt my wheel.

I have a Logitech Nano mouse.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Re: Left mouse button gives me two clicks at once.

I've been having some similar problems with the little red bumb mouse on my Thinkpad T41, but I don't really use it so I haven't looked into it. Maybe this is related to the fact that we both are using Thinkpads.

Re: Left mouse button gives me two clicks at once.

My problem started a couple of weeks ago, after a major update. It have been working earlier.
