Problem with console font

While installing arch, I chose "tr_q-latin5" as my keymap and "lat5-16" as my console font. All the special chars was working fine. After installation, I booted the system and I modified rc.conf as this:

LOCALE="en_US.utf8"
HARDWARECLOCK="UTC"
USEDIRECTISA="no"
TIMEZONE="Europe/Istanbul"
KEYMAP="tr_q-latin5"
CONSOLEFONT="lat5-16"
CONSOLEMAP=
USECOLOR="yes"

now, even though keymap is okay, console font gives '?' for some special chars like 'ş'

any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Problem with console font

Does it work after manually specifying

loadkeys tr_q-latin5 && setfont lat5-16

? If so then an error in some of initscripts is possible.

It's not the best thing when they call you a "member" you know… wink
