I've started recently to use my computer in a shared configuration, with two concurrent X sessions, and hibernation, so I never have to restart the computer. The problem is, Gnome is quite buggy in this setting: windows will pop up on the wrong session, prompting for passwords and preventing the network to work with network-manager for example. Another issue is with usb keys / memory cards : they tend to be mounted automatically by the wrong user, preventing any modification by the user who is actually using the computer.
My questions are:
1) Is this a problem with Arch or is it an upstream problem?
2) How should I report these bugs? Which project is the culprit? I don't want to report this to the wrong project and see it sit in their bugzilla for ages
3) Is it even worth it reporting these? I hear Gnome is working on such issues, can any confirm/infirm?

Ok, it turns out I didn't have consolekit installed. Maybe that was the cause of the problem? I am currently investigating it.
