XBMC mpeg4ip/libfaad2 make errors

Trying to build xbmc-svn here, [vEX] solution http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=63614 fixes the error we were getting at the start of make now im getting this error

Here is my ./configure

and here is what i get when trying to make

tried the AC_PROG_CXX suggestion but that doesnt work at all.
Anybody knows what needs to be done here to get us using newest xbmc ?

gorus, once you've managed to compile a recent xbmc-pkg that can play mp3s, mind sharing it?

sure thing ive managed to comile couple of them for both 64 and 32bit give me a shout and ill be more than happy to give them for you to try
