Boot time slowed by usb

Everything boots fine but when usbhid loads, it hangs for 5 seconds, then resumes.  It is not a big deal, but I'm impatient with computers (especially my own), so does anyone know why it would hang on this?

When I do a hwdetect --show-modules it shows that two usbhid's are loaded.
