[extra/network] Drivers for Lucent LT Winmodem

I have tested ltmodem-8.31-s1.pkg.tar.gz but there are a few problems.

1. The modules are installed (and are working) but I get the following message when I install:

loading package data... done.
checking for file conflicts... done.
installing ltmodem... done.
var/lib/pacman/local/ltmodem-8.31-s1/install: line 36: syntax error near unexpected token `}'
var/lib/pacman/local/ltmodem-8.31-s1/install: line 36: `}'

and the message in post_install is not printed. I have checked /var/lib/pacman/local/ltmodem-8.31-s1/install and /bin/true is missing in post_remove.

2. Remove the line
==> Add ltmodem to /etc/rc.conf daemons list
from post_install since there is no deamon

3. By the way, the command mknod is not needed since udev creates the required node.

The package should be OK with these minor changes.
