Burning Dual-Layer Disk through K3B

Wondering why it's not working, I get this error:

:-( More than 50% of space will be *wasted*!
Fatal Error at Startup: Wrong Medium Type

The optical drive I have is:

DVD-SuperMulti (+/-R double layer) with Labelflash™ drive

I'm running off of a Toshiba Satellite A300 series.
Help?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Burning Dual-Layer Disk through K3B

I've only ever gotten that error once. At the time I was burning a 500MB image to a dual-layered DVD and got that message. I put a single-layered DVD in at that point at it worked fine. I can burn dual-layered disks just fine when I need them, though.

You can try a different front-end, like Brasero, xfburn or graveman. I'm pretty sure Brasero will have to pull in a bunch of Gnome deps, but it should work.
