kdelibs - error: scriptlet failed to execute correctly [solved]

I messed up my /usr/lib directory with an inadvertent rm command, am working on rebuilding everything with a reinstall via pacman (first I had to go to my other machine and copy over enough lib files to get pacman to run).  On a couple of things, most recently kdelibs, I get the "error: scriptlet failed to execute correctly" line after it appears to install.  What does this mean, and how do I go about fixing it?

Re: kdelibs - error: scriptlet failed to execute correctly [solved]

I seem to have fixed it by going through and updating each package, coming back and hitting those with a problem.  dbus-core is still giving a problem, but there is a discussion in bugs about that.  I am still looking for a package called liblbxutil 1.0.1-1, which pacman -Q reports is installed, but which I can neither find nor reinstall.

liblbxutil was removed from the repo because it was depreciated upstream. Just remove it if nothing else depends on it.
