Hey all, is it possible to change font DPI from KDE4?

In "systemsettings > Appearance":
there is a menu to force the DPI's (bewteen 96 and 120)
have you tried to change font dpi's from this menu?

If people do not believe that mathematics is simple, it is only because they do not realize how complicated life is.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

Didn't worked. Xdyinfo said correct DPI, and infact all gtk and qt3 apps display 83x83, but not qt4 and kde4.

I didn't find a solution and ended up setting DPI on xorg.conf and running from startx (not kdm)

using a nvidia card?
try this: (under /etc/X11/xorg.conf)
Section "Monitor"
...
Option "DPI" "83x83"
EndSection
