[request] Pacman and Wildcards

Hi !

Is there any wildcard - similar to the bash wildcards: "*", "?" and "[xpto]" - to be used with pacman, or with Yaourt ?

thank you very much.

Re: [request] Pacman and Wildcards

From the very top of the yaourt man page:

yaourt(8)

NAME
yaourt - more than a frontend to pacman

SYNOPSIS
       yaourt <operation> [options] [packages]

EXAMPLES
       yaourt regexp
search for matching strings (with *) and allows to install it

Yes, the regex search function is described in the SYNC OPTIONS section i.e. options for use with -S.
