Little White Noises
I have a white noise problem.
Well, the sound is great, but sometimes it include "ticks" and white noises.
For example when contact in my emesene client is logging in, I hear some ticks come out of my speakers.
I have the newest Arch and all updates, and somehow I have 2 devices:
HDA Intel (Alsa Mixer)
Realtek ALC888 (OSS Mixer)what should I do to stop this creepy tiny noises?

Are the ticks coming from OSSv4? If so, it happens to a lot of people. For me it was as simple as getting volumes down to reasonable levels for certain applications (out of the red). For others, this solution had no effect.

Sometimes it's fine and sometimes not.
I think it's usually happens when a sound application (like amarok) is running :S
