KDE cursor size problem

Hi there.  I'm trying out KDE 3.3 and it's pretty good.  One question though- why does my mouse cursor size get smaller after KDE starts up?  GNOME, XFCE4, fluxbox, etc... all have the correct (48) size.  I have put the following into both ~/.Xdefaults and ~/.Xresources :

Xcursor.size: 48

Any help would be appreciated! smile

Re: KDE cursor size problem

I don't know any good solution for this, but I noticed that if I restart kwin and kdesktop my cursor shows up at the right size everywhere.

I didn't see much hope in this topic being replied to either... lol
It seems it's a lost cause. Oh well. I don't really want it that much, it just makes me mad GNOME can do it and KDE can't hmm
