Installation : downloading packages keep failing...

Hey, I'm trying to install Arch (Via FTP) for the first time.
But I keep failing to download the packages.

No matter what mirror I select, I get some "error: failed retrieving file 'XXXX' from mirror XXXX : Connection timed out"
My connection is correctly configured, and I've got downloads that succeed, but not all of them

What can I do ?
Thanks

Lutin

Re: Installation : downloading packages keep failing...

did you run pacman -Sy first?
otherwise it might look for outdated package versions that aren't there anymore.

Re: Installation : downloading packages keep failing...

Yes I did.
I've now succeeded installing archlinux using the Core files in the iso.
But even now, when I do pacman -Su. I see a lot of "connection timed out"

hmm
