[SOLVED] openjdk/jre conflict - how to resolve?

Hello,
I use the Jbidwatcher ebay tool, which upon 2.0 release apparently now requires the full jre released by Sun. I have openjdk6 on my Arch system, and Jbidwatcher cannot grab the sign-on cookies. I noticed that 'soprano' depends on openjdk6, and 'kdemod-kdelibs' depends on soprano. And finally JRE cannot be installed alongside openjdk6. I'm not ditching KDEmod for an ebay tool, so how can I resolve this dependency conflict?

Thanks for your help.

AFAIK other users have found that soprano will run against jre with no problems, so you can remove openjdk6 with -Rd and install jre. You could also submit a bug report to the jbidwatcher devs complaining that it doesn't run against openjdk6.

Thanks, worked like a charm. Although, I seem to remember that Jbidwatcher was running fine off of openjdk before, I could be mistaken.
