[SOLVED] Measuring defragmentation on ext4

Other than unmounting a filesystem and running fsck, is there a way to get the percentage of defragmentation on an ext4 filesystem?

I'm still running Arch kernel 2.6.28, so I'm not using e4defrag yet.

Thanks.

I see this thread overlaps with another that I started, so I'm marking this one [SOLVED].
