how can i install moblock from pacman?

He's hiding in the aur http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=5925

you can download the tarball there, extract it, enter the moblock directory and do makepkg -ci
than will build and install it with pacman.

maybe you should read some more of the wiki on package management.

you could also look into using yaourt to make installing pacakges from the AUR as easy as installing a package through pacman.
