Core vs CPU sensors

screens.th.png
The above screenshot shows sensors on my pc (Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200). I don't understad the difference between CPU and Core 0 - Core 1 readings.

Any help?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Core vs CPU sensors

Hm, each core has it's own temp sensor and they slightly differ? Or what's the problem?

Edit: Stupid me, pay more attention. CPU is probably the temp sensor from the ventilator, CORE# are on chip sensors.
