[SOLVED] Problem with rebooting/shutdown

So, my new problem is that i cant reboot/shutdown directly when i'm using gui(gnome). I need to log out user first before.
It has something to do with Gdm because my system fails to stop it..

Any ideas what to do?

Do you have your .xinitrc? If so, add

 exec ck-launch-session gnome-session

since you're using gnome.:)

Re: [SOLVED] Problem with rebooting/shutdown

Thank you very much Sir! big_smile
Got it working even better than before, I had some problems with mounting usb sticks and cd-roms before besides problems with these shutdowns and reboots.. When i looked closer to my PolicyKit.conf , there was </config> before actual configuration... roll

I also got my "suspend" and "hibernate" back! big_smile
