LXDE battery plugin

How can I get the battery plugin to refresh in lxde? right now the tooltip says 99% charged, I have my comp plugged in so it's probably 100% by now, but if I were to unplug it, it's still gonna say 99% charged. I imagine my PC will lose battery power before it reads anything else (not that I wish to test that). What can I do to get a correct read from the battery plugin?

Re: LXDE battery plugin

I'm guessing the lxpanel is pretty screwed up in the recent beta. I'm reading 17000% big_smile

Re: LXDE battery plugin

Well this is version 3.99, not the beta. I really like LXDE, but the panel is really buggy, thinking of trying fbpanel with noteo instead, though I'd really like to just have lxpanel work like it's supposed to. I'd hate to think that's too much to ask.

It is a beta, check on the LXDE website. Anyway, you might want to try older (more stable) version of lxpanel. For example: 0.3.8
